Issue about the car cargitte charger cannot charge the iPhone

We hear from Elad (our best customer) and some users that leave the message concern about they cannot use our cable on their cigarette charger to charge up the iPhone.  Sorry for the late reply as we need some time to carry some investigate in it.

After study on the Elad report, he said that iPhone can be charge up by using our cable connecting to computer or iPhone USB AC charger, this lead us to confirm our cable should have no problem to charge up the iPhone.

And then we knew from Elad that the user that find themselve cannot use the cable to charge up is using the cigarette charger that provide by the Holux GPS package. And we finally understand that the source problem for that is the Holux GPS cigarette charger doesn’t provide 3.3V output to both USB+ and USB- , as a result, iPhone failed to recognize that it is already connect to the power source.

And in the AC USB case, all four usb pins has power output, as a result, our cable can charge up by connecting to it.

I have contacted Elad would it be possible to offer a group purchase for the iPhone dedicate cigarette charger, so that our clients can save the shipping cost and we can fight for cheaper selling price with 10 or more charger at a time.  And clients that interested in group purchase can leave a comment here , or contact Elad.
