Dear zebrum ,

Thanks for your suggestion, we will pass this suggestion to the manufactory, but since the timeframe is too close to the official release, so may be the first version will not include the GPS device charge function, but we do think this is a great feature that should try to implement.

1. Maybe by crossing the power cables inside the splitter it can charge both the iphone and gps? Must be possible because I have a cigarette usb adaptor that has 3 ports for charging 3 devices. That would be simpler than trying to figure out power outputs from the iphone.

1) current version it would only charge the iphone , as the gps device can normally last for more than 13 hours with is build in battery. But we are aware that iphone can provide the power to charge up GPS device , so may be will do that indirectly.

2) currently it will not sell cable without splitter , but if you really don’t need the charge function , you can cut that part cable, and this can make it become a direct cable.

1. Does the large usb connector charge both the iphone and the gps when plugged in to a cigarette lighter usb adaptor?

2. Will you have a less cumbersome version without the splitter?
